30 Day Shred (Take Two): Day 6
Definitely getting a little bit easier! I’m just judging it based on how many water breaks I need to take. I figure that’s giving me a good idea of how much I’m improving.
Definitely looking forward to birthday drinks tonight and then my birthday weekend down in Margaret River! I’m going to really enjoy myself for the next few days, then nose to the grindstone starting August 1. No desserts (or at most a piece of dark chocolate once a week). No alcohol - no exceptions to this. At least one workout a day. Eating as clean as I can.
Yes, I could start now. But you know what? It’s my birthday Tuesday! And since birthdays only happen once a year, I’m not going to stress myself out. I’m still going to do 30DS each day we’re down south, so I think things will work out just fine :)
Probably not going to be posting much until we’re back Tuesday night. Just giving y’all a heads up!
