POP Cardio: Summer Sweatfest

Once again, only a short video - less than 15 minutes - but that is INTENSE! If you’re looking for something to make you sweat and get you moving, go for this. Happy I’ll have a day off from Blogilates tomorrow to recover a bit.

30 Day Shred (Take Two): Day 10

Last day at level one! Again, really pushed myself as hard as I could to get the most out of it. That first circuit is still hell with the pushups (stupid shoulder) but I made it through. Excited to move up to level two tomorrow :) It’s going to kill me a bit, but it’ll all be worth it once my fitness gets back up and (hopefully) fit into my dress next month!

Had another salad for lunch after the workout - this time put a bit of turkey breast on there to up the protein content, and tried to be mindful of how much cheese I used. I love cheese, and I usually overdo it a bit on the salads so I have some left after all the veggies are gone. Now: Shower, grocery shopping since the shops aren’t open on Sunday (fucking Perth) then relaxing night with the boy and the Olympics :)
